The beginning was with chickpeas with tahini, and then the business expanded until 2005, and new varieties were added, such as mayonnaise, garlic cream, eggplant seasoning, and ketchup. In 2016, a branch of the company was opened in Turkey due to the density of Arab consumers there.
In 2019, a branch of the company was opened in Istanbul to meet the needs of the market.
